Ontario Temporary Help Agency Licence
xTier Technologies Inc. is registered as a Temporary Help Agency and Recruiter under Ontario's Employment Standards Act, 2000 and Ontario Regulation 99/23. Licensing has been mandatory in Ontario since January 1, 2024 and is issued by the Director of Employment Standards.

Employment Standards Act
All engagements with xTier — for both clients and assignment employees — are structured to comply with the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000. This includes obligations around minimum wage, vacation, public holidays, termination and severance, equal pay for equal work, and protections specific to assignment employees of temporary help agencies.

Privacy policy
We collect personal information you provide — name, contact details, resume, LinkedIn profile — to match you to roles or to manage a staffing engagement. We never sell your data. We never share a candidate's resume with a client without the candidate's explicit, contemporaneous consent.
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@xtier.tech. xTier follows the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

WSIB
xTier maintains active WSIB coverage for assignment employees engaged through our agency. As a Temporary Help Agency, we are the employer of record for WSIB purposes for our T4 contractors.
