Crossed 100 placements across software, cloud, data, and security.

Expanded into executive search and SOW project teams.
Licensed under Ontario's Employment Standards Act.
As of January 1, 2024, every temporary help agency and recruiter operating in Ontario must hold a licence issued by the Director of Employment Standards. xTier Technologies Inc. operates under that framework, with all the WSIB, classification, and ESA obligations that come with it.
